WELL Health Medical Centres – Scott Road has merged with WELL Health Medical Centres – Triton located 10 minutes away. Dr. Bawa will be permanently located at Triton now. The Scott Road location is no longer accessible to patients.

Your Options for Continued Care: 

• Please visit us at  WELL Health Medical Centres – Triton or any of the other 12 Surrey WELL Health Medical Centre locations.
• WELL Health Medical Centres is the largest network of clinics in BC. We have 35 total clinics in the province, of which 19 offer walk-in care. These clinics are available in Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Vancouver, and North Vancouver.
• Telehealth medical care is available at WELL Health Virtual Clinic
• Contact HealthLink BC using 8-1-1 toll-free number (or 7-1-1 for the hearing impaired)
• Urgent and Primary Care Centres are available in some communities and have extended hours for same-day, non-life-threatening injuries, and illnesses

Your WELL Health Medical Centres – Scott Road medical records were transferred to WELL Health Medical Centres – Triton. For copies, please have your new doctor fax a release form to 604-594-4362.
