Dr. Gustafson is a community gynecologist who has been working in South Surrey/White Rock since 2006. She attended medical school at the university of British Columbia. She completed residency at the University of Alberta. She has a practice interest in midlife women’s care in all its aspects. She is a certified menopause practitioner. She also works at the healthy bones clinic in peace arch hospital seeing women with osteoporosis. Dr Gustafson is happy to provide contraception care, including long­acting contraceptives such as Nexplanon and IUD’s on an expedited basis. Dr Gustafson believes that all women should have timely access to evidenced based care, following the most current guidelines and recommendations.
