WELL Health Medical Centres is currently accepting new patients for family practice at select clinics across Ontario.

If you are interested in finding a family physician within the WELL Health network, please:

1. Visit wellclinics.ca/accepting-new-patients and Select Ontario as your province.
2. Choose your preferred clinic from the list of participating locations.
3. Click the “Become a Patient” button.
4. Complete the online registration form.
5. Once your registration has been received, the clinic team will contact you regarding next steps and physician availability.
