Looking for a Family Doctor?

WELL Health Medical Centres is currently accepting new patients for family practice at select clinics across Ontario.

If you are interested in finding a family physician within the WELL Health network, please:

Visit wellclinics.ca/accepting-new-patients and Select Ontario as your province.
Choose your preferred clinic from the list of participating locations.
Click the “Become a Patient” button.
Complete the online registration form.
Once your registration has been received, the clinic team will contact you regarding next steps and physician availability.

Please note that physician availability varies by location and wait times may apply.

Medical Records

Patient medical records from WELL Health Medical Centres – Keswick will continue to be maintained in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
