How do I book an appointment?
Follow these 7 simple steps:
- Select a clinic using our interactive map. Follow this link to get started.
- Enter your first and last name, date of birth, and health number.
- Select the provider you wish to see.
- Choose your appointment type and complete any necessary forms.
- Pick a date and time for your appointment.
- Verify your email address for accuracy.
- Click to book your appointment!
You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.

How will I be notified about my appointment?
Who can use the online booking system?
All registered patients at the clinic who have visited at least once in the past.
Why is the time slot I want to book not available?
Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment I have made online?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment using the link in your confirmation email, but you must do this at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, please call the clinic.
Is there a charge for booking online?
No, there is no charge for booking an appointment online.
Do I need to sign-up to use online booking?
As a registered patient, no log-in or sign-up is required! You just need to fill out First Name, Last Name, Health Card Number, and Date of Birth – as it appears on your Provincial Health Card.
What should I do if I’m having an urgent medical concern?
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately. For urgent, non-life-threatening concerns that need same-day attention, please feel free to call the clinic.
What type of appointments can I book or not book online?
However, the following types of appointments cannot be booked online and will require you to contact the clinic directly:
- Forms (e.g., driver’s medical)
- PAP examinations
- Narcotics/triplicate medication consultations
- WELL Baby Check-ups
- Annual physicals
