Fast Track is an innovative service currently exclusive to WELL Health Medical Centres in British Columbia.

Fast Track ensures all patients can see a doctor on the same day by connecting them with available physicians at other WELL clinics when their local walk-in or family practice clinic has reached its capacity.

If you visit a WELL Health Medical Centre in BC and there are no appointments available, our clinic staff can virtually connect you with a WELL Health physician at another WELL clinic for your appointment.

This unique service matches availability across all our clinics, ensuring you receive timely care.

For your Fast Track appointment, a staff member at the clinic will show you to an available examination room. In the exam room, you will connect with a doctor using an iPad. But don’t worry, the clinic staff will set that up for you!

During your Fast Track appointment, a staff member at your clinic will help the doctor by taking any in-person measurements or provide requisition forms or prescriptions if required.

Fast Track offers several benefits, starting with the peace of mind that comes with knowing you’ll talk to a doctor when you need care. That means no more wasted trips to clinics with no available spots.
